Strength & Conditioning
On the main floors we have a complete range of selectorised and plate loaded resistance stations to exercise every muscle group effectively and safely. We also have a vast selection of free weights & dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 100kg.
Cardio
The mezzanine has an extensive range of cardio equipment including cross-trainers, bikes, treadmills and rowing machines. There is also a large matted area for training & stretching.
Outdoor Training Area
Our outdoor facilities include strength and conditioning equipment, a powerlifting area and an outdoor gym for free weight training in fair weather
Refresh & Refuel
At UniqPhysique, you’ll find a café serving protein shakes, coffee and cold drinks, alongside a shop selling merchandise, protein products and supplements — perfect for refuelling before or after your session.
Our modern changing and shower facilities include towels and toiletries available on request. There are also storage areas for bags and personal items.
We are just a five-minute walk from Haslemere Station and also offer free on-site parking for members, plus secure spaces for bikes and motorcycles.
On-Site Amenities
We’re proud to share our space with our friends at Pilates From Within, a dedicated Pilates studio, and Haslemere Tropics, a professional tanning boutique. Together, we create a supportive health, fitness and wellbeing community right here in Haslemere.
