Strength & Conditioning
On the main floors we have a complete range of selectorised and plate loaded resistance stations to exercise every muscle group effectively and safely. We also have a vast selection of free weights & dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 100kg.
Cardio
The mezzanine has an extensive range of cardio equipment including cross-trainers, bikes, treadmills and rowing machines. There is also a large matted area for training & stretching.
Outdoor Training Area
Our outdoor facilities include strength and conditioning equipment, a powerlifting area and an outdoor gym for free weight training in fair weather
Refresh & Refuel
UniqPhysique offers modern shower and changing facilities, with towels and toiletries available on request and a shop with merchandise and supplements. Our Café offers an array of protein shakes, coffee and cold beverages to enjoy before, during or after your workout.
Whilst being a five-minute walk from Haslemere Station, there is also free on-site parking for members and secure spaces for bikes and motorcycles.
On-Site Amenities
We’re proud to share our space with our friends at Pilates From Within, a dedicated Pilates studio, and Haslemere Tropics, a professional tanning boutique. Together, we create a supportive health, fitness and wellbeing community right here in Haslemere.
