Morphy Ben-Caid
Morphy has been an invaluable member of the Uniq team for over 5 years and has experience of managing the gym, creating personal workout programs and training clients.
Having completed her level 2 Gym Instructor in 2025, Morphy is working towards the completion of level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (REPs level 3)
She already has a strong client base, all of whom are making great progress under her guidance
Rachael Elliott-Hughes
Rachael began her fitness career in 2004, qualifying as a Personal Fitness Instructor with Premier International. After building a successful private client base, she became a member of the Guild of Postnatal Instructors and founded BabyFit — a popular postnatal exercise programme that helped many local mums regain their fitness and confidence.
A Level 3 REPs member and qualified Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor, Rachael is also a certified Menopause Coach, supporting women in maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle through perimenopause and menopause.
In 2012, she partnered with Ollie to launch Uniq Physique, which continues to thrive with a loyal and growing membership. Today, Rachael focuses on managing the business while still training clients on request.
Ollie Beard
Ollie has over 35 years of training experience. He is a national-level competitive bodybuilder (1992–2006) and a weightlifter (1990–1992). Ollie has also competed in strongman competitions and was an active professional MMA fighter up until 2012, training in boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
He now uses his wide range of experience to offer a dynamic and varied approach to training, whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, or preparation for bodybuilding competition.
More recently, Ollie has focused on training clients aged 45 and over.
“I’ve discovered far more about training over the last few years by becoming older myself, and by understanding how differently the body responds to food and exercise with age. You can’t learn this — you have to experience it.”


Gemma Holdaway
Gemma started her Personal Trainer career in 2016, after struggling with her own weight, confidence and body image she decided she wanted to not only help herself but others around her.
Gemma is passionate about empowering women through strength and resilience. As a certified personal trainer specializing in strength training and menopause support, Gemma helps women navigate the physical and emotional changes of midlife with confidence and strength. With a focus on functional training and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Whether you're looking to manage menopause symptoms, build bone density, or simply feel stronger and more energized, Gemma can support and guide you every step of the way.
